§ 3 Google reCaptcha
reCaptcha (Captcha stands for completely automated public Turing test to tell computers and humans apart). This service of Google LLC tries to distinguish between humans and so-called bots that can make automatic entries.
With classic reCaptchas, you were shown various images whose contents you had to identify in various ways. In the newer versions of reCaptcha, you had to click the checkbox "I am not a robot". Invisible reCaptcha runs in the background and analyses your user behaviour using such information as IP addresses, referrer URL, operating system, browser information, cookies, language settings, date, location, mouse movements, keyboard strokes, time spent on the website.
By using reCaptcha, data is transmitted to Google LLC. For more information on data processing by Google LLC, please refer to the provider's privacy policy:
Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is the protection of the platform against abusive automated entries.
You can find more information about Google reCaptcha here.

These statistics can be viewed both graphically and textually and are displayed on different time scales (hours, days, months, years). An assignment is not made to individual users.
(2) Furthermore, individual search requests – including those of registered users – are recorded anonymously in order to constantly improve the quality of our site. Output takes place via an Excel file that shows concrete search requests and set filters. An assignment of search queries to individual users or IDs cannot be made.
